f Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using f-bet.cam. This document forms a binding agreement between you and the f platform.
1. General Provisions
f-bet.cam (referred to hereinafter as "f" or the "platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of f's website, mobile app and all related services.
By opening an account with f or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or question of interpretation, Bangladeshi law shall prevail.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account with f, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a real individual and register on your own behalf.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
- You must not have had a previous account with f that was closed or banned.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account may be opened per person. If a person holds more than one account, f reserves the right to close all such accounts and cancel any bonuses or winnings.
2.3 Identity Verification
f may request identity verification of an account holder at any time. If requested, the required documents must be submitted promptly. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the required verification is completed.
3. Age Verification
f is a 21+ platform. Registration and use by minors (under 21 years of age) is strictly prohibited. If a user opens an account by providing a false age, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
4. Account Security
4.1 Password Protection
It is solely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Never share your username, password or OTP with anyone else. f is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.
4.2 Unauthorised Access
If you notice any unauthorised activity or suspicious transactions on your account, notify f's support team immediately via live chat. Reporting promptly makes it easier to prevent potential losses.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
f currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
5.3 Deposit Security
Funds deposited with f are protected using SSL encryption technology. Users' personal financial information is not shared with any third party.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.
6.2 Other Promotions
f regularly offers various promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms. The main offers are as follows:
- Weekly f Reward: 30% bonus on eligible deposits, up to ৳5,000. Wagering 20×.
- f Slot Festival: 50% bonus on deposits, up to ৳8,000. Bets must be placed on slots, wagering 25×.
- Friday f Blast: 40% bonus on deposits, up to ৳6,000. Applies to a single deposit each Friday, wagering 22×.
- f Birthday Gift: reward up to ৳1,500, wagering 15×. Once per year for verified accounts.
- Refer a Friend and Win with f: reward up to ৳2,000 per active referral, wagering 18×.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds are not cash; they can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- If the balance drops to ৳0 while a bonus is active, the bonus will be considered void.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- f reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Bet Validity
All bets placed on f are considered final once confirmed. Even if a bet was placed in error, it cannot be cancelled after confirmation. If an event in cricket, football or other sports is cancelled, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
7.2 Erroneous Odds or Payouts
If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, f reserves the right to make corrections, and such bets may be cancelled or recalculated.
7.3 Collusion and Cheating
Collusion with other players, match-fixing related activities or any form of fraudulent conduct is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed and all winnings will be cancelled.
8. VIP Program
f's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier based on the net loss for that week.
- Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Silver: weekly cashback up to 1.0%. Example: if the net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on activity on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to eligible members' accounts. There is no wagering requirement on cashback.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on f:
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated software, bots or hacking tools.
- Using an account for money laundering or other illegal activities.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Engaging in fraudulent conduct against f or other users.
10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 f's Rights
f reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Detection of suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering.
- As directed by a regulatory authority.
- Failure to respond to a verification request.
10.2 User Rights
You may request account closure yourself at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, unless the closure is due to a breach of the Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
The f platform provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. f's liability is limited in respect of the following:
- Failure to place a bet due to an internet connection disruption.
- Delays or losses caused by technical issues with third parties.
- Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
- Problems with the user's own device or network.
In any circumstance, f's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by the relevant user.
12. Privacy
f's Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform you also accept that policy. Full details of how your personal information is collected, stored and used can be found there.
f does not sell user data to any third-party marketing organisations. Information is not disclosed beyond what is required by law.
13. Changes and Amendments
f reserves the right to change, amend or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the website along with the date of the update.
Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
